What we collect and why

Contact form: your name, email address and message are sent by email to MRCIER through Resend (USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework) to answer your request. They are kept for 12 months at most.

Newsletter: your email address and your consent are stored by Brevo (France) after you confirm your subscription (double opt-in). Every email contains an unsubscribe link.

Anti-spam: the contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which does not track you across sites.

Audience measurement: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without personal identifiers.

Embedded media: the short clip on the About page is hosted on this site. YouTube videos (youtube-nocookie.com) load only when you press play.

SoundCloud player: sets are streamed by SoundCloud's embedded player, which only loads after you press play on a set.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data, and request its portability, by writing to contact@mrcier-music.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France).
